Northwood Tech is using Blackboard to provide data on student achievement of the Employability Essentials. To gather this data, instructors must align goals, the Employability Essentials, to where the students are being assessed. While you may be assessing students multiple times on the Employability Essentials throughout the program, you will align the Employability Essentials as goals in Blackboard only to the final assessment where data will be gathered (noted with an “A” on the Outcome Matrix).
