During your event

These goggles were purchased through the HOMES grant. Part of the grant includes reporting the use of the goggles. During your event, please keep track of how many participants use the goggles and report that number by filling out this form.

Best practices during your event:

• Plug in the Inseego network device by a window if possible
• Make sure the Inseego device is booted up to a green or blue light before turning on the goggles
• The kit contains extra AA batteries for the controllers
• Each controller and headset are numbered, make sure to keep the matching sets together
• Shut the goggles down for long breaks
