More ‘nuts and bolts’ than the Cover Letter, the Resume provides all of your pertinent information in an easy to read layout. A Resume must be ‘scannable’ because employers have so many to look at. You must show that you have all the qualifications asked for in the 8 to 10 seconds that a manager may look at your resume. It must also contain zero mistakes because details count. Read about some typical sections of a resume and find a style that you like – then draft it and share it with others for feedback.
