Override Grades
Multiple Attempts Allowed
Only the final grade can be overridden.
An override grade even takes precedence over attempts submitted and graded after a grade was overridden.
Override the final grade for a submission by selecting the menu next to the final grade.
Associated Rubric
Enter a new score in the rubric's grade pill, preventing the use of the rubric.
Click the link "regrade with the rubric" to change the grade, using the attached rubric.
Overall Grade
Click on a student's overall grade cell in the
Grades
view of the gradebook to override the grade.
The grade cell will be shaded gray to indicate that it was overridden.
To undo the override, select the cell and then "
Undo Override
".
