Share a file by Email
- Go to the OneDrive in your MyCampus portal
- Locate the file or folder you want to share
- Hover your cursor over the file/folder, then left click the Share icon
- Type the name or email address of the person or people you want to share with
- Select a permission setting in the drop-down box
- Check or uncheck the Allow Editing box. Click Apply.
- Type a message to be included with an email that's sent to all invitees. The email will include a link to the shared file or folder.
- Click Send.
Share a file by using Copy Link
- Go to the OneDrive in your MyCampus portal
- Locate the file or folder you want to share
- Hover your cursor over the file/folder, then left click the Share icon
- When the send link dialog box comes up, view or change the permissions, and click Copy. You can now paste this link in an email, Teams Message, Document, etc.

Share a file by Email
- Go to the File Explorer on your computer
- Locate the file or folder you want to share
- You can click the Share button in the ribbon, or right click on the file and click Share.
- View or change permission settings in the drop-down box
- Type a message to be included with an email that's sent to all invitees. The email will include a link to the shared file or folder.
- Click Send
Share a file by using Copy Link
- Go to the File Explorer on your computer
- Locate the file or folder you want to share
- You can click the Share button in the ribbon, or right click on the file and click Share
- When the send link dialog box comes up, view or change the permissions, and click Copy. You can now paste this link in an email, Teams Message, Document, etc.
