You can add video in a Document item within course content. You must have the Panopto tool already added to your course to follow the below steps. See separate section to Add Panopto Tool to Course.
1. Select the Plus icon inside your modules or folders and select Create.
2. Under Course Content Items, select Document.
3. Name your Document content item
4. Click Add Content
5. Within your text editor, choose to embed video. Click the Plus icon to insert content. Click Content Market.
6. Select the Panopto video (Deep Linking Tool) from your list of tools.
7. Select the video you want to embed, set its Video Embed Options, and select Insert.
8. Change the name of the Item if applicable and click Insert.
9. Add additional text if applicable and click Save.
10. Your video will now be embedded within your course document item.
Note: You can also add videos using the Deep Linking tool where ever you can create an item: Discussions, Assignments, and announcements.
