Meeting Window

Chat window associated with the meeting:

Click on  to open the Chat window during your meeting.  You can chat, share files, and links during your meeting.

Control bar options:

1. Timer - Shows how long your meeting has been running
2. Chat - Shows the conversation between participants in the meeting
3. People - Shows the participants in the meeting
4. Raise - Raise your hand in the meeting so you can comment or ask a question without interrupting
5. React - Share your reaction to what is being shared
6. View - Change your view to show the participants, presenter, and content, or change to full-screen
7. Rooms - Create breakout rooms
8. Apps - Add apps such as Panopto, Polls, etc., to the meeting. 
9. More options include things like recording and transcribing, audio and video settings, etc.
   
10. Camera - Turn your camera on or off
11. Mic - Mute and unmute your mic
12. Share - Share you screen, and specific window, or a specific application such as PowerPoint
13. Leave - leave the meeting

Manage audio settings in a Microsoft Teams meeting

If people in a meeting can't hear you, you might be muted or you might not have configured your mic correctly

To change your microphone, speaker, or camera settings when you're on a call or in a meeting

• Select the three small dots for More Options on the control bar and select Audio Settings

• You can now select the speakers and microphone you want to use.
