Blackboard will load on the Institution page

On the left you will see a list of tools, including global Calendar and Grades.  These tools pull in information from all of a user's courses.

From the global Calendar, you can see all your upcoming due dates and meetings across your courses—all in one place.

In your calendar, find this event information:

• Office hours: These appointments appear automatically on the calendar when you add them to a course.
• Due dates: When you create content with a due date, it appears automatically in the calendar.

Global Grades works in a similar manner, but instead of showing items that are due, it shows everything that needs grading in all of your courses! All your grading tasks are organized by course. No need to navigate to each course to see what's ready to grade. Select a title, and view all the work and management functions.

Back on the Institution Page, we looked at the tools on the left, now let’s look in the middle of the page. Here students will see any announcements posted by the institution with any important messages and links to everyone in the institution. Below that students will find helpful resources including links to the Help Desk, Library, Learning Technology Center, Academic Support center, and more.
